When you rent an IUII virtual system, you get more than just virtual hardware you get UITS enterprise-level services.
Features of the base system:
- 1 CPU, 2GB memory, 35GB SAN disk
- Provisioned to match your configuration request
- Hosted on a high-end Dell enterprise-class x86 Dell R810 with Intel 7500 series processor server

System options:
- Additional Fibre Channel disk space, in 10GB increments
- Additional CPUs, in 1 CPU increments
- Additional system memory, in 1GB increments
Included UITS services:
- Provisioning of your virtual system, at the most current supported levels, with the industry leading virtualization software (VMware ESX)
- The flexibility to add system resources, including identical, special development, or test environments
- Life Cycle Replacement (LCR) of hardware, on an average frequency of three years
- Application of equipment microcode patches as required
- Rapid response to critical hardware and production issues
- Vendor warranty and maintenance contracts, including 24 X 7 X 365 hardware maintenance and support, with enterprise level support on all equipement and software
- Coordinated support with other UITS units in the event of a performance issue
